- Olive oil

- The garlic
Cut a clove of garlic in half and massage the nails and cuticles lightly, then wash your hands with a natural soap. Do this every other day.
- Nourishing mask
Pour a teaspoon of papaya, an egg yolk, lemon juice and five teaspoons of milk into a saucepan. Stir until you get a homogeneous mixture then dip your nails in for at least ten minutes. Repeat the treatment every week
- The Horsetail
Boil a cup of water with four twigs of horsetail. Let the infusion rest then soak your nails for at least 15 minutes. Repeat the treatment every week.
- Lemon and almond oil
Press a lemon to extract the juice then add a spoonful of sugar. Pour the juice with the sugar into a container and dip your nails in it for ten minutes. Next, take a cotton ball, moisten it with almond oil and apply it on all nails.
How to whiten your nails
