- 500 ml of milk
- 1 egg
- 250 grams of flour

Stuffed crepes zucchini and ricotta
Better to choose seasonal zucchini. Here are the ingredients to ensure the filling for 4 giant crepes. If your cracks are small, cut the doses in half.
- 4 medium zucchini, preferably organic
- 150 grams of cottage cheese
- 4 tablespoons of bechamel
- 1 organic egg

- Add the ricotta, the béchamel, the pine nuts and the lightly beaten egg.
- Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the filling into the crepes, roll them up and place in a static oven for 10 minutes at 160 degrees.
Stuffed crepes, provolone and grilled peppers

The mushroom filling is very simple: toss the mushrooms in a pan, add the parsley, chop them and mix them with the fresh cheese. Use the mixture for stuff the stuffed savory crepes.
